Halloween is the perfect excuse to let your imagination run wild, get creative, and have a little fun. This year, I knew exactly who I wanted to be: Lock from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

If you know me, you know how much I love The Nightmare Before Christmas. Honestly, someone buying me something from that movie is basically the equivalent of giving me flowers. That’s how much I love it!
Choosing Lock was my idea from the beginning, but I couldn’t just leave the mask as it was. I wanted to give it my own personal touch, so I decided to bedazzle it myself.

Yes, every bit of sparkle was done by yours truly! It took time and patience, but seeing my idea come together made the effort worth it. There’s something satisfying about creating something yourself and finally getting to show it off.

Once the costume was ready, it was time for a little Halloween mischief!
This year, I spent Halloween in Hoboken with my best friend Bri and our cousins. We attended a Halloween party at a club, and it turned out to be such a good time.
What I loved most was how spontaneous everyone was. Sometimes you don’t need every little detail planned out to enjoy yourself. Just good company, a fun atmosphere, and people who are willing to go with the flow.
Looking back, I think that’s what made the night so enjoyable. I got to bring one of my creative ideas to life while making memories with people I love.

Halloween may only come around once a year, but the memories and little creative adventures are what make it special.
Until the next adventure! 🖤
